Join Our Team as a Culinary Preparation Specialist

  • Position: Full-time Culinary Preparation Specialist
  • Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday, with shifts between 6:00 AM and 5:00 PM.
  • Experience: Previous culinary experience in a restaurant environment is preferred.

About the Role: As a Culinary Preparation Specialist, you will be responsible for preparing food and serving customers while adhering to all applicable health and safety standards. Your role will include:

  • Receiving daily production schedules and preparation requirements from the Chef.
  • Preparing menu items according to established recipes and quantities.
  • Completing daily production worksheets and waste logs, ensuring quality through tasting.
  • Operating and maintaining kitchen equipment according to departmental procedures.
  • Storing, labeling, and dating food items in compliance with policy and HACCP guidelines.
  • Documenting all required reports and logs accurately.
  • Ensuring compliance with health and sanitation regulations.
  • Taking customer orders and preparing items that require quick preparation.
  • Providing efficient and friendly service to customers.
  • Completing orders from various stations and ensuring proper portion control.
  • Addressing customer concerns and resolving issues as they arise.
  • Performing additional duties as assigned.
