Strategic Sales Director, Software Innovation Specialist

About the Role:
This is a key position within Digital Foundry, driving the development of strategic sales initiatives that foster growth and innovation. The successful candidate will lead outreach efforts to identify and pursue high-value opportunities with global 1000 companies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expansion into new markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior decision-makers at target companies, delivering tailored solutions that address their unique challenges.
- Analyze market trends, industry developments, and competitor activity to inform sales approaches and stay ahead of the competition.
Requirements:
- A minimum of five years of experience in professional service sales, with a proven track record of success in targeting global 1000 companies.
- Demonstrable expertise in consultative sales, including the ability to develop and deliver targeted pitches and presentations.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with high-level buyers and navigate complex sales environments.
Compensation:
The annual base salary for this role is estimated to be between $80,000 and $95,000, complemented by a performance-based bonus structure. Successful team members in this role typically achieve total annual compensation in the range of $120,000 to $175,000 based on performance and revenue contributions, with uncapped earning potential for top performers.
Location:
This is a remote-friendly position, allowing you to work from anywhere while collaborating closely with the Digital Foundry team. Occasional travel may be required to meet with clients and attend industry events.
