Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Speech Language Therapist to work with special education students and their families. The ideal candidate will hold a master's degree in speech language pathology or a related field and possess ASHA CCC certification. Experience working with special education students and their families is highly preferred.

Job Responsibilities

The Speech Language Therapist will be responsible for conducting comprehensive assessments to evaluate speech, language, and communication disorders in students. They will utilize standardized tests and clinical observations to determine the appropriate treatment plan. The therapist will also develop and implement individualized therapy plans to address students' speech and language challenges. Additionally, they will collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' academic and social-emotional development. The therapist will participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings to contribute insights and recommendations.
