We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our Oncology team at Swedish Health Services. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare team.
Key Responsibilities- Assess, identify, and prioritize patient needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care, ensuring seamless transitions and effective communication.
- Provide education and support to patients and families, promoting health literacy and empowering them to make informed decisions about their care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of evidence-based practices that enhance patient care and outcomes.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical research, technologies, and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve patient care and outcomes.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Current Washington State Registered Nurse License.
- National Provider Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- At least one year of nursing experience, preferably in an oncology setting.
