Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Production Assembler to join our team in Moorpark, CA. This is a full-time position that requires a strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble and manufacture precision components using manual and mechanized equipment.
- Ensure adherence to all safety and quality requirements, including following work instructions and process specifications.
- Operate various machinery, air presses, jigs, and other equipment and tooling to meet production demands.
- Perform other operations such as loading and unloading components into tooling and powders into cups to press.
Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum 2 years manufacturing related experience with ability to use and read accurately various measuring instruments.
- Ability to perform fine mechanical assembly, including resistance welding, light machining, and electrical testing.
- Certified soldering skills per J-STD/NASA a plus.
- Defense and Aerospace Industry experience, including working knowledge of company product lines a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of management.
Work Environment:
The physical demands of this position include work lifting up to 25 pounds occasionally, walking, standing, sitting, reaching, kneeling, repetitive motions, stooping, balancing, pushing, pulling, coordinating, talking, and hearing. The work environment includes exposure to noise and may require hearing protection. Safety training in the handling of pyrotechnic materials is required.

Compensation: Hourly Range: $26.00 per hour. Compensation is determined by the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
