About the Role

United Pacific, a leading gasoline and convenience store retailer, is seeking an experienced Insurance Claims Coordinator to oversee the Incident Reporting and Claims process. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for achieving early claim resolution and avoiding litigation in a cost-effective and time-efficient manner.

In this role, you will work closely with Operations, Customer Service, Loss Prevention, Safety, and other departments to ensure successful compliance and full execution of the Incident and Claims process. Your responsibilities will include collecting restitution from responsible parties, claims monitoring and administration, report generation, and frequent communication with employees, managers, insurance carriers, and attorneys.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversight of Incident Reporting and Claims process
  • Collaboration with cross-functional teams to achieve compliance and efficient claim resolution
  • Collection of restitution from responsible parties
  • Claims monitoring and administration
  • Report generation and data analysis

Requirements:

  • Equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job
  • 3+ years of prior experience with risk management, property, and general liability claims experience
  • Creative problem-solving abilities and leadership skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work both independently and as part of a team

Salary Range: $65,000 - $80,000 per year
