Position Overview

The Travel Cath Lab Technologist plays a crucial role in the cardiac catheterization lab, providing essential support in invasive procedures.

Certification Requirements
  • Must possess certifications including CCI Registry, RTR, RCIS, RCES, BLS, and ACLS.
  • BLS certification should be obtained through recognized organizations such as the American Heart Association, American Health and Safety, or American Red Cross.
  • Experience with EPIC EMR is preferred.
Job Details
  • Position requires adherence to a 75-mile straight line radius rule for travel assignments.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in the current specialty is mandatory.
  • Successful completion of at least one 13-week travel assignment is required.
  • Candidate must demonstrate proficiency in operating imaging equipment and working collaboratively with team members.

Schedule Information
  • Shifts consist of 10-hour days.
  • On-call responsibilities are part of the role, including coverage for call and backup.

  • Candidate will be required to float between facilities as needed.
Additional Information
  • Travelers must not have been employed by the organization for the past 12 months to be eligible for this position.
  • State tax obligations will be managed through the agency and reflected in invoices.
  • Tax payments should be directed to the appropriate state authority.
