Essential Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Estimator within a Construction firm
- Background in Commercial or Industrial Construction
- Experience with ground-up construction projects
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with Design/Build methodologies
- Experience in Construction Management at Risk (CMAR)
