Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and lead a team of front-end associates to ensure excellent customer service and efficient sales processes.
    • Coach, train, and develop front-end associates to improve their skills and performance.
    • Evaluate and provide feedback to front-end associates to ensure they meet performance expectations.
  • Customer Service
    • Ensure that every customer receives outstanding service by all front-end associates.
    • Resolve customer service issues in a timely and professional manner.
    • Communicate customer requests and concerns to the Store Manager as needed.
  • Operations and Administration
    • Ensure the daily flow of information into and out of the store is timely, accurate, and consistent.
    • Coordinate a daily break schedule for front-end associates.
    • Assist with unloading trucks and recovering the store.
  • Merchandising and Visual Merchandising
    • Merchandise stock in and around all register areas and the front entrance.
    • Properly promote merchandise and maintain marketing material visibility.
  • Inventory Management
    • Assist with inventory management and control.
  • Store Maintenance
    • Ensure the front-end area is clean, organized, and well-maintained.
  • Communication and Teamwork
    • Communicate all promotions and advertisements to the front-end team.
    • Work collaboratively with other departments to achieve store goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Minimum of one-year supervisory experience.
    • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Physical Demands
    • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
    • Ability to push and pull up to 35 pounds.
    • Ability to stand for extended periods.
    • Ability to bend and twist frequently.
    • Ability to squat, kneel, balance, and climb ladders occasionally.
    • Ability to see, hear, and speak regularly.
Working Conditions
  • Must be willing to work irregular or non-core business hours, nights, weekends as needed to have store coverage.
