Wells Fargo Bank is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Associate Personal Banker (SAFE) to join our National Branch Network team. As a key member of our Consumer, Small & Business Banking division, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and building strong relationships with our clients.

• Customer Service: Participate in the delivery of exceptional customer experiences by building relationships through proactive outreach and proposing appropriate products, services, and digital solutions to help customers succeed financially.
• Account Management: Assist customers with basic requests related to opening new accounts, completing service requests, and submitting credit applications.
• Product Knowledge: Develop an understanding of bank products and services to connect with customers' needs and provide appropriate options.
• Relationship Building: Interact with customers to demonstrate care and build relationships, referring customers' financial needs to other bankers and partners as needed.

• Customer Service Experience: 6+ months of interacting with customers experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
• Desirable Qualifications: Customer service focus with experience handling complex transactions across multiple systems, ability to educate and connect customers to technology and share the value of mobile banking options, and ability to help customers succeed financially by offering introductions to additional team members as appropriate.
