About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Pediatric Cardiac Anesthesiologist to join our esteemed team at Spectrum Healthcare Partners, based at Maine Medical Center (MMC). As an integral member of our distinguished group of physicians, you will play a pivotal role in delivering expert anesthesiology care to pediatric cardiac surgical patients.
Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities will include providing anesthesia care for pediatric cardiac surgical, cath, and EP lab patients, as well as general non-cardiac pediatric surgical and NORA cases. You will also have opportunities to contribute to education, research, and quality improvement endeavors within the pediatric and anesthesia service lines.
What We Offer
We offer a competitive compensation package, with an estimated average annual salary of $550k, plus an additional $80k stipend for pediatric cardiac work. Our comprehensive benefits include health insurance (80% covered by Spectrum), dental and vision plans, a 401(k) with match, profit-sharing, and extensive insurance options. You will also enjoy generous time off, including 8 weeks of PTO and 2 weeks of paid sick leave.
