Job Title: Truck Captain - Junk Removal Specialist

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the safe and efficient removal of junk and debris from clients' properties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate a junk truck safely and efficiently, adhering to all company policies and procedures.
  • Provide accurate and transparent pricing to clients, ensuring 110% satisfaction.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating the core values of College Hunks Hauling Junk: Honest, Uniformed, Nice, Knowledgeable, and Service-oriented.
  • Train new hires on day-to-day operations and core values.
  • Complete daily checklists and prevent careless and costly mistakes.
  • Regularly check in with direct supervisor for additional assignments and guidance.
Requirements:
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Basic knowledge of waste management and safety procedures.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
