Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Dosimetrist to join our team at Della Infotech. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing 2-D and 3-D conformal radiation therapy treatment planning on our Radiation Therapy Planning (RTP) system.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in CT-based virtual simulations and perform dosimetry calculations for external beam treatment, Intensity Modulated Radiation Treatment (IMRT) on TomoTherapy machine and Varian21 Ix; and brachytherapy treatment.
  • Produce electronic copies of treatment plans and transfer the treatment plans from the RTP system to the Verify & Recording (V&R) system.
  • Participate in the generation of radiation dose distribution and dose calculations, as well as assisting the medical physicist(s) in various treatment planning, dosimetry and QA/QC activities.
Requirements
  • 1 year minimum experience as a medical dosimetrist, involved in treatment planning and dose calculations.
  • Bachelor degree required (in physical or biological sciences, preferred).
  • MADOS - MA Dosimetrist License.
