Caliber Collision Centers has an immediate opening for a Customer Service Representative to perform a variety of duties, including greeting and providing exceptional customer service to internal and external customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge base of insurance partner requirements regarding authorizations, billing, and load level processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide extraordinary customer service to internal and external customers
  • Monitor work volume and recommend load level requests when necessary
  • Coordinate with Rental Car/Tow companies to provide one-stop service to customers
