Key Responsibilities: As a Behavior Technician, you will engage in one-on-one interactions with children, executing tailored behavior intervention strategies under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Your work will involve applying evidence-based methods to foster communication, social skills, and daily living abilities while minimizing challenging behaviors.
Candidate Profile: We are in search of individuals who are genuinely committed to supporting children with autism in achieving their maximum potential. Essential qualities include patience, empathy, and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team. Comprehensive training will be provided to ensure you are well-prepared to assist each child, regardless of prior experience. Given the nature of the role, candidates should be physically capable of performing various movements such as standing, walking, sitting, grasping, reaching, bending, kneeling, crouching, squatting, lifting, and occasionally carrying children or items weighing up to 50 pounds.

Compensation: $16 - $20
Qualifications:
- Genuine passion for assisting children with autism
- Patience, compassion, and teamwork skills
- Minimum age of 18 years
- High school diploma or GED required
- Ability to obtain CPR and First Aid certifications, along with a Tuberculosis test (if not completed in the past year)
- Successful completion of a pre-employment background check
- Physical capability to perform various movements (sit, squat, bend, etc.)
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
