Overview:

The Performance Food Group is seeking an experienced Class A CDL Delivery Driver to join our team. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for delivering food and beverages to customers in a safe and timely manner.

Compensation:
$320 per day plus component pay (cases, miles and stops), averaging $90,000 per year.

Job Description:

You will drive a tractor trailer or straight truck on intrastate and interstate local, over-the-road (OTR), shuttle, and overnight routes. Your primary responsibilities will include communicating with customers, vendors, and co-workers, performing pre/post trip safety checks, inspecting trailers for properly loaded and secured freight, and verifying delivery of items with customers.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you must have 12+ months commercial driving experience, a valid CDL A, and meet all State licensing and/or certification requirements. You must also be able to hand-lift and utilize two-wheeler, lift gate and/or other equipment to move and/or stack product cases/freight throughout your shift.
