About the Role:As a Personal Trainer at Crunch Fitness, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional fitness experiences to our members and clients. You will be responsible for creating customized fitness programs, conducting assessments and evaluations, and providing ongoing support and motivation to clients.
The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for fitness, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:- Assess and evaluate client fitness levels to develop personalized fitness programs.
- Deliver high-quality personal training sessions, providing guidance, support, and motivation to clients.
- Monitor and track client progress, making adjustments to programs as needed.
- Collaborate with other trainers and staff to ensure seamless delivery of services.
- Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) certification from a reputable organization (e.g., ACE, NSCA, or NASM).
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in exercise science or a related field preferred.
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience as a personal trainer or in a related role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to lift 40 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.
