Position Overview

Shift Hours: 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM

Role Responsibilities
  • Assist residents with medication reminders, personal hygiene, dressing, and mobility support.
  • Adhere to the individualized care plans established by the supervising staff.
  • Offer emotional and social companionship to enhance residents' quality of life.
  • Maintain accurate records of daily assistance provided.
  • Report any resident concerns or changes in condition to the supervisor promptly.
  • Uphold the dignity and independence of each resident.
  • Ensure confidentiality of resident information is maintained at all times.
Qualifications
  • A minimum of one year of experience in senior care is required.
  • Proficient in English to effectively communicate with residents and staff.
  • A CNA or CHHA license may be necessary based on state regulations.
  • Basic computer literacy is essential.
  • Possess qualities of compassion, professionalism, and empathy.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Demonstrate sound judgment and decision-making skills in various situations.
  • Capable of addressing practical challenges and maintaining composure in stressful environments.
  • Maintain a friendly and positive attitude towards residents and colleagues.
