We are seeking a skilled Bakery Specialist to join our team at Wal-Mart Stores, Inc. As a key member of our bakery team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and creating visually appealing baked goods.

• Be a Team Player: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless bakery operations, educate colleagues on tools and tasks, and develop strong interpersonal skills to provide excellent customer service.
• Be an Expert: Plan and execute bakery productions, ensuring consistency in quality and accuracy of decorative designs, following recipe instructions, and working with various products to create intricate designs.
• Be a Technologist: Leverage digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and enhance associate engagement, utilizing handheld technology to make informed business decisions.
• Be an Owner: Drive bakery area performance, ensuring quality and date control standards, eliminating waste, and preparing for seasonal events that impact bakery volume.
• Be a Talent Ambassador: Model high-quality service and products, interact with colleagues to understand roadblocks, and assist in training to develop a respectful, supportive, and team-oriented work environment.

• 6 months' experience in a fresh production area
• Must be 18 years of age or older
