Senior Deli Clerk

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Deli Clerk to join our team at Sprouts Farmers Market. As a key member of our deli department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing fresh and healthy food options, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and present high-quality deli products, including meats, cheeses, and specialty items
- Provide excellent customer service, answering questions and making recommendations to customers
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards
- Assist with inventory management, ordering, and receiving
- Collaborate with the deli manager and other team members to achieve department goals and objectives
- High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in the food industry preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
- Physical ability to lift up to 70 pounds and stand for long periods
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
