Overview:

As a Client Engagement Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and care. Your role will involve managing documentation related to client interactions, maintaining an accurate inventory of equipment, and coordinating the setup and removal of equipment in clients' homes.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome clients and provide assistance with their inquiries.
  • Document transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Support the upkeep of equipment inventory.
  • Facilitate the setup and removal of necessary equipment.
  • Contribute positively to the operations and communication within Citizens Memorial.
  • Uphold the mission and objectives of the organization.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:
Education:
High School diploma or equivalent required.

Experience:
Background in Customer Service is essential.

Skills:
Excellent communication abilities are required.

Licensure/Certification:
Must possess a valid driver's license.
