As a Quality Assurance Inspector at ARCH Global Precision, your primary role will be to ensure that all manufactured items adhere to both Company and Customer specifications through thorough evaluations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive inspections to confirm product compliance with specifications
- Employ a variety of measurement instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges
- Utilize advanced machinery including Optical Comparators and video measurement systems
- Develop and implement programs for measurement devices
- Maintain accurate quality documentation and communicate findings effectively
- Educate colleagues on inspection methodologies
- Collaborate with engineering teams regarding job specifications
- Ensure safe operation of machinery and maintain cleanliness in the work area
- Adhere to safety and quality protocols consistently
- Foster a positive workplace culture and contribute to team morale
