Traditional Internal Medicine Schedule: Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm

Key Responsibilities:Provide comprehensive internal medicine services to patients.
- Develop a thorough and coordinated care plan across various settings, including hospitals, clinics, and Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs), considering medical records, patient and family input, primary care physicians, and specialists.
- Conduct daily hospital rounds.
- Collaborate with hospitals and care management teams, reviewing patient cases with case managers.
- Attend to patients in the Care Center (CCC) and support nurse practitioners in case evaluations.
- Provide care in SNFs and participate in SNF meetings to discuss patient cases.
- Be available for on-call duties during nights and weekends as scheduled.
Qualifications:
Must possess an MD; completion of an Internal Medicine residency; a minimum of 2 years of experience as a Hospitalist. Requires current unrestricted medical licensure in applicable state(s) and board eligibility or certification. DEA license is mandatory.
