Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular maintenance and repairs on office furniture and equipment, ensuring all items are functional and in good condition.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in communal areas, including kitchens and meeting rooms, while managing service requests through the designated online portal.
  • Assemble and adjust ergonomic office equipment as per guidelines provided by the company's Ergonomist.
  • Diagnose and resolve issues with office equipment, effectively communicating with management and service providers.
  • Assist with inventory management and the receipt of goods related to corporate services.
  • Support physical security measures by managing access control systems for staff and visitors.
  • Contribute to the management of office space by updating layouts and signage as needed.
  • Facilitate office relocations and modifications in accordance with safety regulations.
  • Handle mail and package distribution, ensuring timely processing of deliveries.
  • Provide reception support by welcoming guests and managing incoming calls.
  • Assist with the setup and breakdown of company events.
  • Engage in continuous improvement initiatives by identifying areas for enhancement.
  • Participate in scheduled maintenance projects as required.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Preferred certification in facilities management or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
  • Experience in carpentry and painting is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with assembling office systems and ergonomic furniture is highly valued.
  • Ability to diagnose mechanical and electronic issues using appropriate tools and techniques.
  • Demonstrated capacity to manage tasks effectively in a dynamic work environment.

Experience Criteria:

  • A minimum of 3 years in facilities management or maintenance within a corporate environment is required.
  • Proficiency in PC-based software, particularly Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, is essential.
