Job Summary:

X-energy LLC is seeking a highly skilled Performance Engineer to join our Quality Assurance team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing Quality Assurance services in support of our reactor development projects. This includes documenting, implementing, and maintaining quality management systems to ensure compliance with applicable regulations and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

* Ensure processes and documents needed for the reactor program Quality Management System are identified, established, implemented, and maintained as necessary.
* Analyze non-conformances and implement process improvement and corrective actions.
* Work with engineers to facilitate process methodologies and improvements.
* Assist with conducting internal quality inspections.
* Obtain and maintain NQA-1, CSA, ISO, and other international recognized auditor credentials as applicable.
* Assist with supplier evaluations and qualifications through audits, assessments, surveillances, and inspections.
* Facilitate, provide, and encourage appropriate company quality training.

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in a STEM field from an ABET accredited college or university.
* Typically, fifteen years of experience in a relevant quality assurance role required.
* Certified nuclear Lead Auditor credentials, with objective evidence leading and supporting nuclear specific audits.
* Knowledge in Commercial Grade Dedication (CGD) and ISO/IEC 17025 Laboratory Systems.
