Mechanical Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager/Estimator to join our team at GPAC. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and delivering exceptional results on a variety of projects, including higher education, government, healthcare, industrial, and commercial building projects.

• Manage and deliver projects to meet client expectations and company goals
• Develop and implement project plans, budgets, and schedules
• Lead and motivate project teams to achieve project objectives
• Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure project success
• Monitor and control project costs, timelines, and quality
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues

• 10+ years of experience in HVAC, MEP, and construction project management
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to client satisfaction
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools

• HVAC and/or MEP experience
• Engineering license
