Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and surpass customer service expectations for all clients.
  • Ensure a clean and professional workspace.
  • Provide high-quality waxing treatments in accordance with our established protocols.

  • Follow safety guidelines in all procedures.

Compensation: $35,000-$65,000

Role Overview: As a technician, you will report to the salon management and play a crucial role in maintaining service excellence, sanitation practices, and positive client interactions. You will also educate clients about our services and products, participate in community engagement, and focus on retaining our valued clientele.

Qualifications:
  • Essential:
  • Valid state license (Esthetician or Cosmetologist)
  • Genuine enthusiasm for waxing and the beauty industry
  • Strong time management and communication abilities
  • Team-oriented with a commitment to customer satisfaction
