Our founder, August Schell, was a German immigrant who couldn't find a traditional German beer that met his standards. This led him to create his own, and our legacy of innovation has continued through six generations.

We're seeking a skilled Maintenance and Repair Technician to join our team at Schell's Brewery. As a key member of our maintenance team, you'll be responsible for maintaining and improving mechanical and light electrical work throughout the brewery.

**Responsibilities**

  • Maintain various types of plant equipment by performing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and machine repairs in a timely manner.
  • Assist with installation of new, used, and repaired equipment throughout the brewery.
  • Troubleshoot and repair pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
  • Train and support staff on equipment upgrades, repairs, PMs, projects, etc.
  • Understand the functions of ammonia, glycol, and CO2 systems.

**Requirements**

  • Experience with processing or high-speed packaging on a continuous production line.
  • Experience with pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
  • Capability to troubleshoot and repair electrical systems and controls.
  • Boiler license preferred but not required at hire.
  • Strong computer skills including experience on CMMS system.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
