  • Document intricate business workflows and design them using effective flowcharting methods.
  • Demonstrate a successful history in gathering requirements, configuring, implementing, and enhancing IT systems.
  • Create fundamental SQL queries for data analysis purposes.
  • Maintain a strong customer focus and serve as the primary liaison for clients.
  • Exhibit well-honed analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
  • Apply project management principles to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Develop procedures for system design and testing.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with SQL queries and reporting.
