Job Summary:
Benchmark Lanier Islands Resort is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Hospitality Ambassador to join our team. As a key member of our operations, this individual will be responsible for providing exceptional guest experiences and ensuring seamless service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome every guest with a warm and friendly smile, setting the tone for a memorable stay.
- Assist with small children seating and promptly answer the phone within three rings.
- Efficiently coordinate seating patterns and thank guests as they leave, inviting them to return.
- Be knowledgeable about the resort and its amenities, assisting with Room Service orders and To Go orders as needed.
- Work in a fast-paced environment, multitasking, prioritizing, and managing time efficiently.
- Collaborate with a high sense of urgency at all times, working well as part of a team and on individual tasks.
- Physically able to stand and move during the length of shift, with good organizational and communication skills.
