Key Responsibilities:

  • Greets guests warmly and invites them to return as they leave the restaurant.
  • Offers assistance to guests who require help, including processing GC On the Go To-Go orders and handling payments accurately.
  • Maintains organization and cleanliness at the vestibule, host/cashier station, and surrounding areas.
  • Ensures drawer balances with daily paperwork and informs the Manager when the money in the drawer needs to be taken to the safe to reduce the risk of robbery.

Operational Excellence:

  • Follows local health department laws and performs duty roster to ensure cleanliness, service, and quality standards are met.
