Lead Nurse

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Lead Nurse to join our Clinical Triage Team at Summit Medical Consultants PLLC. In this full-time role, you will play a vital part in delivering high-quality patient care and ensuring seamless communication between patients, families, and healthcare providers.
Key responsibilities include prioritizing and handling clinical phone calls within the LPN scope of practice, serving as a liaison between pharmacies and mid-levels/Physicians, and maintaining accurate documentation for prescriptions, verbal orders, and clinical telephone calls. You will also be responsible for assessing the quality of patient care delivered by the Nursing team and coordinating patient care services with patients, staff, physicians, and other departments.
This is an excellent opportunity for experienced LPNs to leverage their skills in post-acute care settings and grow with a rapidly expanding organization. We offer a competitive salary range of $52,000 - $58,400 per year, based on a 40-hour workweek, and a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, paid time off, and a 401(k) plan with matching contributions.
