Advanced Automation Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Advanced Automation Engineer to join our team as a shop floor troubleshooter. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced engineer to take on new challenges and expand their skillset in a dynamic environment.

As an Advanced Automation Engineer, you will be responsible for troubleshooting issues on the shop floor, interacting effectively with shop floor workers, and providing technical support to ensure seamless production operations.

• Troubleshoot complex issues on the shop floor using Lean Manufacturing principles and 6-Sigma methodologies.
• Collaborate with shop floor workers to identify and resolve production bottlenecks and improve overall efficiency.

• Minimum of 4-year BS degree in engineering-related field or relevant prior work experience.
• Expertise in CAD software and Office Suite/Power BI.
• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and 6-Sigma principles.

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $31.25 per hour, commensurate with experience.
