Job Title: Interventional Radiology Technologist

We are seeking a skilled Interventional Radiology Technologist to join our team at HealthTrust Workforce Solutions HCA. Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to interventional radiology, including preparing patients for procedures, operating imaging equipment, and maintaining a safe and clean environment. Responsibilities:
  • Prepare patients for interventional radiology procedures, including explaining procedures and obtaining informed consent
  • Operate imaging equipment, such as fluoroscopy and ultrasound machines, to capture high-quality images
  • Maintain a safe and clean environment, adhering to infection control protocols and ensuring proper disposal of biohazardous materials
  • Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure seamless patient care and efficient workflow
Requirements:
  • Current certification as an Interventional Radiology Technologist
  • Experience working in a healthcare setting, preferably in interventional radiology
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information
