Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at Knute Nelson. As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for organizing, developing, and directing physical therapy services in accordance with the standards and practice of physical therapy, state and federal regulations, and Knute Nelson's policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate clients and develop treatment plans and programs, including short-term and long-term goals in accordance with physician orders.
  • Provide quality care that assists clients to meet goals and complete re-evaluations per requirements.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, referral sources, physicians, and the interdisciplinary team.
  • Recommend and assure continuation of appropriate therapeutic follow-up programs and activities.
Requirements
  • Licensed as a Physical Therapist in the state of Minnesota.
  • Must obtain CPR certification within 6 months from date of hire.
  • Must have a valid driver's license and use of an insured personal vehicle.
  • Must complete and pass a state required background study.
