At Volvo Group, we are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team in Justin, TX. As a key member of our Service Market Logistics (SML) North America team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our Regional Distribution Center.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage an allocated part of the Distribution Center, focusing on Inbound/Outbound operations
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of Team Leaders and team members
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure end-to-end customer satisfaction
  • Implement and enforce company policies, procedures, and regulations
Main Activities and Responsibilities:
  • Drive outbound operational performance, ensuring SQDCEP targets are met
  • Improve safety and ergonomics in the area, conducting regular GEMBA walks and safety dialogues
  • Secure built-in quality and customer satisfaction through continuous improvement
  • Ensure timely deliveries to dealers, improving internal lead times and financial performance
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business, Engineering, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in distribution/manufacturing or logistics
  • 2+ years of management/supervisory experience
  • Proven leadership skills, with a focus on developing high-performing teams
