Key Responsibilities- Assist insurance producers in providing exceptional client service and ensuring their needs are met.
- Support Account Managers in effectively managing a high volume of work, ensuring all required tasks are completed accurately and on-time.
- Process changes to existing policies, including adding or replacing vehicles, updating mortgagee information, and making coverage changes.
- Handle renewals, service requests, claims, billing, and new policies with precision and attention to detail.
- Review all applications, policies, endorsements, and audits for accuracy and completeness.
- Coordinate expiration lists with department managers to obtain renewal business information.
- Build strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional service, advocacy, and professional communication.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum two years of experience in Personal Lines account management or support.
- Property & Casualty License required, or agreement to obtain within 3-6 months of employment.
- Strong administrative and computing skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Experience with agency management software, such as Applied/Epic, is preferred.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated and driven, with a strong sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines.
