Job Overview

At World Insurance Associates, LLC., we are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Personal Lines Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in supporting our Account Executives with client management and retention.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist insurance producers in providing exceptional client service and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Support Account Managers in effectively managing a high volume of work, ensuring all required tasks are completed accurately and on-time.
  • Process changes to existing policies, including adding or replacing vehicles, updating mortgagee information, and making coverage changes.
  • Handle renewals, service requests, claims, billing, and new policies with precision and attention to detail.
  • Review all applications, policies, endorsements, and audits for accuracy and completeness.
  • Coordinate expiration lists with department managers to obtain renewal business information.
  • Build strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional service, advocacy, and professional communication.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum two years of experience in Personal Lines account management or support.
  • Property & Casualty License required, or agreement to obtain within 3-6 months of employment.
  • Strong administrative and computing skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Experience with agency management software, such as Applied/Epic, is preferred.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated and driven, with a strong sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines.
