The Maintenance Operations Coordinator will support the Senior Area Manager in day-to-day operational activities related to our AvantStay properties. This includes auditing properties, managing supplies, and performing routine rental maintenance.

This role requires close proximity to the market and frequent travel to various sites within the designated area.

**Responsibilities**

  • Conduct regular inspections of properties to ensure compliance with Avantstay standards and regulations.
  • Help troubleshoot basic to intermediate issues at our properties.
  • Coordinate housekeeping or routine rental maintenance tasks.

**Requirements**

Candidates should have 2+ years of customer-facing or hospitality experience, prior experience conducting home maintenance, and a basic tool set. Proficiency in Google Suite is a plus.
