Automotive Reconditioning Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Automotive Reconditioning Specialist to join our team at Dent Wizard. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional results in the removal of dents and scratches from vehicles.

• Utilize proprietary techniques and tools to repair dents and scratches on vehicles
• Work independently on a mobile route or at an assigned location
• Review work with customers and ensure high-quality results
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers to build business and increase revenue
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance technical and customer service skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong work ethic and self-motivation
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Physical stamina to kneel, bend, and squat, as well as lift up to 50 pounds
• Valid driver's license and good driving record
