About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic individual to join our Naked Farmer team as a Restaurant Team Member. As a key ambassador of our locally-sourced, made-from-scratch ethos, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service and ensuring that every meal is not only delicious but also served with consistency, precision, and a sense of urgency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Articulate the narrative of our current menu, highlighting the seasonality and origin of ingredients, while delivering meals that delight our guests.
  • Expand your culinary horizons by learning about regional produce and preparation methods from our team of skilled chefs.
  • Deliver exceptional hospitality that makes each guest feel valued, ensuring meticulous attention to dining spaces, to-go orders, and the coordination of deliveries.
  • Engage with diners proactively, anticipating their needs and making their visit memorable.
  • Serve as a passionate storyteller for our seasonal selections, the local farms, and the farmers we partner with.
  • Efficiently manage a variety of tasks and remain active in the kitchen for prolonged periods.
  • Uphold the rigorous food safety standards of both the health department and Naked Farmer.
