Electrical Systems Engineer for Powertrain Triage

We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Systems Engineer to join our team at InDepth Engineering Solutions, LLC. The successful candidate will work on powertrain electrical triage and validation tasks, utilizing their expertise in automotive systems and components.
About the Role:
- Lead electrical root cause analysis during pilot phases and early powertrain electrical work.
- Develop and implement solutions to resolve complex issues affecting vehicle performance.
- Collaborate with various teams to drive issues to resolution.
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
- 3-5 years of experience in automotive system and component development, with knowledge of powertrain and vehicle systems.
- Proficiency in using CDA, CAN, CANalizer, Canoe, and other electrical root cause tools.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management.
Preferred Requirements:
- Extensive knowledge of INCA, CDA, CAN, CANalizer, Canoe, and other electrical root cause tools.
- Experience working with reactive quality tools such as Shanin Red X.
- Green belt and Black belt certification is preferred.
Additional Must Haves:
- Experience working in an automotive and/or manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and software, including CANalyzer/CANoe.
- Able to drive a vehicle during assignments.
- Comfortable working 1st or 2nd shift, possible weekends and holidays.
Salary Estimate: $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
