Office Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Intern to join our team at Pacific Coast Building Services, Inc. in Sacramento, CA.
Job Summary:The Office Intern will assist with various administrative tasks, including accounts payable, ordering materials and supplies, and maintaining vendor relationships. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask, and possess knowledge of PC software and digital tools.
Responsibilities:- Assist with accounts payable and ordering materials and supplies
- Communicate with vendors and Alcal locations regarding purchasing questions and discrepancies
- Receive and verify order confirmations
- Maintain material order logs and vendor discrepancy and issue logs
- Perform various other administrative duties as assigned
- Must be attending school or a recent graduate
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
- Ability to multitask with excellent organizational skills
- Knowledge of PC software and digital tools
- Knowledge of a variety of software, including MS Office applications and SAP Easy Access
