Certification Requirements
  • Valid PT License in Minnesota is required.
  • Completion of the MDHS Netstudy background check within the past year is necessary.
Job Responsibilities

The Physical Therapist will be responsible for:

  • Providing therapeutic services to patients in an outpatient setting.
  • Engaging with inpatient clients and Care Center residents as needed.
Qualifications
  • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree or a postgraduate Master's degree in Physical Therapy.
  • This position is for PTs only; applications from PTAs will not be considered.
  • Proof of a valid PT License in Minnesota is required.
  • Completion of the MDHS Netstudy background check within the last year is mandatory.
Work Schedule

The typical schedule includes:

  • Monday through Friday, with occasional weekend coverage.
