Perpetual Labor Sourcing LLC is a leading provider of electrical services, and we are currently seeking a talented group of Journeyman and Skilled Apprentice Electricians to join our team.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will have a strong background in electrical systems, components, and codes, with excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. They will also possess effective communication and leadership abilities, with the ability to provide guidance and support to apprentice electricians.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems in compliance with applicable codes and standards
- Provide leadership and guidance to apprentice electricians, collaborating with project managers and other team members to ensure project success
- Diagnose and resolve complex electrical issues efficiently, conducting thorough inspections to identify and address problems
- Prioritize and enforce safety protocols on job sites, conducting safety assessments and implementing corrective actions as necessary
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Journeyman must have 7 years of experience and a valid Electrical License (preferred)
- Apprentice must have at least 4 years of experience and be enrolled in or completed an electrical apprenticeship program or proven experience
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, components, and codes
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and leadership abilities
