We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Pediatric Nurse to join our team at Interim HealthCare Home Care. As a Pediatric Nurse, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our young patients and their families.
Responsibilities:- Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to pediatric patients in the comfort of their own homes.
- Assess and document patient conditions, reporting any changes or concerns to the healthcare team.
- Administer medications, insulin, and IV fluids as prescribed by the patient's healthcare provider.
- Care for wounds, change dressings, and assist with personal hygiene.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers, aides, and allied health professionals to ensure exceptional patient outcomes.
- Current unrestricted license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state associated with this position.
- Current CPR/AED/BLS/First Aid certification.
- Reliable transportation to/from care sites and/or work locations.
- Practical trach and/or ventilator experience preferred, but not required.
