Position Overview:
The Cotton Patch is seeking a dedicated Sales Associate to become a vital part of our team. The Sales Associate will utilize cash registers, electronic scanners, and other related tools to facilitate financial transactions with patrons.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Engagement: Welcome customers as they arrive and provide assistance as needed. Help customers find products and address any concerns that may arise.
  • Financial Transactions: Handle payments in cash, checks, and credit or debit cards for purchased items. Ensure precise transactions by reconciling the cash register at the start and conclusion of each shift. Process all returns or exchanges in accordance with store policies.
  • Store Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness and organization within the store.
  • Food Preparation: Assist in kitchen tasks, including food preparation and pizza making.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Strong customer service abilities.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Capability to operate equipment such as cash registers and scanners.
  • Basic mathematical skills for making change and processing refunds.
  • Familiarity with the company's products and customer service policies.

Compensation:
Starting pay is $11 and may increase based on experience.
