Merryhill School is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Preschool Principal to lead our preschool division. As a key member of our school administration team, you will be responsible for coordinating all school operations, including financial planning, community outreach, relationship-building, staffing, and teacher development.

• Develop and implement effective financial plans to ensure the success of the preschool division
• Build and maintain strong relationships with parents, teachers, and the community
• Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of teachers and staff
• Oversee the development and implementation of educational programs and curricula
• Ensure a safe and orderly school environment

• Bachelor's degree in Child Development or a related field
• Minimum one year of experience in a school leadership position
• Three years of previous teaching experience
• Knowledge of state education and licensing standards
• Broad knowledge of instructional programs and methods
