  • Control and manage documentation, evaluation, and communication within the framework of BEP quality allowance.
  • Review and control the implementation of carrier requirements.
  • Coordinate and manage carrier-oriented tasks according to BEP.
  • Conduct conceptual work in facilities, focusing on continuous BEP consulting.
  • Implement and support quality management processes based on carrier-specific QM structures.
  • Promote independence and responsibility of facilities.
  • Coordinate and network with institutions and specialist agencies according to BEP.

**Requirements:**

  • Qualified pedagogical university education in the (social) pedagogical field.
  • Qualification for BEP consulting.
  • Knowledge of theory and practice of early childhood development and education processes.
  • Professional experience in working with children.
  • Commitment to working hours (possibly team visits in the evening to facilities).
  • Consulting skills, method diversity, and ability to communicate effectively.
