Join Our Team at HomeWell Care Services
We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Personal Care Aide to join our team at HomeWell Care Services. As a Personal Care Aide, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients by providing personalized and attentive care in their homes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist patients with daily activities such as moving in and out of beds, baths, wheelchairs, or automobiles, ensuring their safety and comfort.
- Care for patients by changing bed linens, doing laundry, cleaning the home, or assisting with personal care, maintaining a clean and healthy environment.
- Maintain accurate records of patient care, condition, progress, or problems to report and discuss observations with our supervisor.
- Build relationships with patients by conversing or reading aloud to help keep them mentally healthy and alert, promoting their overall well-being.
- Assist with medications as prescribed by healthcare professionals, ensuring patients receive the necessary care.
- Engage patients in exercises or other activities to promote physical and mental health, tailoring activities to meet their individual needs.

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1-3 prior professional experience (preferred)
- Driver's license required with insurance
- Reliable transportation
- Must pass background check
- Must be okay with working flexible hours
- Current CPR/First Aid or willing to obtain
