Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Lead Radiologic Technologist to join our Cardiac Cath Lab team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in diagnostic imaging and electrophysiology, with excellent communication and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities
• Assist with Electrophysiology procedures, including pacemaker/defibrillator insertions, A-fib and SVT ablations, cardioversions, Watchman, and more
• Ready supplies for EP procedures and assist by using sterile technique to prepare patients for procedures
• Demonstrate teamwork and a positive attitude with patients and co-workers
• Maintain accurate records and reports

Requirements
• Active American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• High school graduate or GED equivalent
• Graduate of two-year AMA/JCERT accredited school of radiography
• ARRT registered (RT); ARRT Advanced Certification; (QA) preferred, RCIS also accepted
• State of Maryland Medical Radiation Technologist license
• Three years' experience in Diagnostic Radiology, supervisory experience preferred
• 2-3 years' of direct Electrophysiology experience highly preferred
